Items Required
Assaan Hyderabadi MuttonBiryani Premix 1 Box
Basmati Rice 650g, Mutton with Bones 500g. Curd 200g, Of 100g Water 200ml, Lemon Juice 2ibsp.
Chopped Coriander Leaves 2tbsp, Chopped Mint Leaves 210sp, Green Chilles, Chee 50g

The Box Contains 2 Pouches
1. Spice Mix for Mutton Marination
2. Rice Seasoning Pouch

Method of Preparation
• Mix Biryani Masala and all above items except Ghee with Mutton and Marinate for 30 minutes
• Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Add Contents of Rice Seasoning pouch in 2.5 litres water and bring it to boil.
• Add soaked rice in boiling water and cook till Rice is almost cooked (80%)
• Remove the boiled rice and spread over the Marinated Mutton evenly, add ghee on rice.
• Keep the vessel on high flame for 8 minutes and remove from stove keep a thick pan on stove and transfer the Biryani vessel on pan
• Cook on slow flame for 20 minutes
• Turn off the flame and let the vessel be on the pan for another 15 minutes.
Biryani is Ready to Serve.
