Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped through E-mail and SMS.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within  3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or regional restrictions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at order@aasaanpremix.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at order@aasaanpremix.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
