At Aasaan, we strive to provide you with the best quality Hyderabadi pre-mixes. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to make changes to your order, please review our policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Order Status: Cancellations are subject to the current status of the order. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel.
  • Special Occasions: Cancellation requests for products ordered during special promotions or for special occasions such as Eid, Diwali, or New Year are not accepted due to the limited nature of these offers.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refund or replacement requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the product.
  • Valid Reasons: Valid reasons for refunds or replacements include receiving an incorrect item or if the product is damaged.
  • Proof: Customers must provide adequate information, including photographs, to support their claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Reporting: In case of receipt of a damaged or incorrect product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Provide detailed information and photographs so we can assess the situation and take it up with our courier service.
  • Resolution: If the claim is validated, Aasaan will offer a replacement or refund.

Replacements

  • Process: If a replacement is approved, we will ship a new packet of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, we will discuss alternatives with you to ensure satisfaction.

Refund Process

  • Approval: Once a refund request is approved, we will process it within 1-2 business days.
  • Payment Gateway: Our Payment Gateway partner typically takes 7-10 business days to complete the refund process.

Important Notes

  • Taste and Preference: Refunds will not be issued based on taste preferences or subjective quality perceptions if the product is within its expiry date.
  • Final Decision: The decision to approve a refund or replacement request is at the discretion of Aasaan, based on the provided evidence and circumstances.
  • Pre-mix Products: Please note that our products are pre-mixes. Customers are responsible for purchasing any wet and fresh ingredients, including meat, required to complete the dishes.
