Items Required
Aasaan Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani Premix 1 Box
Basmati Rice 650g, Chicken with Bones 500g, Curd 200g, Oil 100g, Water 200ml, Lemon Juice 2tbsp, Chopped Coriander Leaves 21bsp.
Chopped Mint Leaves 21bsp, Green
Chillies, Ghee 50g

The Box Contains 2 Pouches
1. Spice Mix for Chicken Marination
2. Rice Seasoning Pouch

Method of Preparation
• Mix Biryani Masala and all above items except Ghee with Chicken and Marinate for 30 minutes
• Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes.
• Add Contents of Rice Seasoning pouch in 2.5 litres water and bring it to boil.
• Add soaked rice in boiling water and cook till Rice is almost cooked (80%).
• Remove the boiled rice and spread over the Marinated Chicken evenly, add ghee on rice. Keep the vessel on high flame & cook for 8 minutes and remove from the stove.
• Keep a thick pan on the stove and transfer the Biryani vessel on it. Cook on slow flame for 20 minutes, turn off the flame and let the vessel be on the pan for another 15 minutes.
• Biryani is Ready to Serve.
