• Take 100 g of Premix in a Bowl
• Add 400 ml water and Make Paste
• Take 100 g of Cooking Oil in a Frying Pan
• Half Fry 150 g young Brinjal
• Remove from Oil and keep aside
• Add Paste & Cook on High Flame for 5 min.
• Add Fried Brinjal & Cook on Low Flame for 5 min.
