Boneless chicken 500gm
Eggs 2 no.
Green Chillies 6 no.
Curry leaves 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Curd 100gm
Oil 75 ml
water 250ml
Method of preparation
• The box contains 2 pouches: 1. For marinade 2. For Tadka
• Mix chicken 65 marinade packet with 2 eggs and coat the chicken evenly. Allow it to rest for 15 mins.
• Deep fry the chicken on medium flame 5-6 minutes. Keep Aside.
• Take 75ml Oil in the pan. Add slitted green chillies in the oil and saute for 1 minute. Add curry leaves
and saute for 2 minutes.
• Add mixture of water and tadka mix. Cook for 2 minutes. Add curd to the pan, mix it and bring it to boil
• Now add fried chicken pakora to the pan and cook on medium flame till the water is absorbed in the
chicken pakoras. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
