Items Required
Aasaan Apollo Fish Premix 1 Box
Boneless Fish 500gms, Egg 1 No, Green Chillies 6 Nos, Curry Leaves 21bsp, Chopped Ginger Garlic 1tbsp.
Coriander Leaves 11bsp, Curd 100gms, Oil 75ml Water 250 ml.

Method of Preparation
• Add Apollo Fish Marinade Packet with 1 Egg and coat the Fish Evenly. Allow it to rest for 15 Minutes.
• Deep Fry the Fish on medium flame for 4-5 Minutes. Keep aside
• In a Bowl add Contents of Tadka Packet with Water, keep aside.
• Take 75ml Oil in a Pan. Add Slitted Green Chillies to the Oil & Saute for 1 minute, Add Curry Leaves & Chopped Ginger Garlic, Saute it for 2 Minutes.
• Add a Mixture of Water and Tadka Mix, Cook for 2 Minutes.
• Add Curd to the pan mix well and Bring it to Boil.
• Now Add Fried Fish Pakora to the Pan and Cook on Medium flame Till the Gravy is Absorbed in Fish Pakoras.
• Garnish with Coriander Leaves & Serve.
